This is one link in a factory chain of these dollies. It was used as a machine and parts dolly. The factory would link these together with their weighted tongue and latches and trolly them around the shop floor.
Heavy weighted latch, foot operated to release.
Large cast wheels; two swivel and two stay fixed. All four have smooth plastic tread.
Heavy patina on the steel frame and top, from years of use, leaves a dark brown hue. Traces of green and yellow of the original safety paint and shades of grey, of course as everything has shades of grey!
